The parties to this Agreement (which consists of the Program Description and Forms 1-7, each of which is incorporated by reference) are the “Student,” the Student’s parents or legal guardians, the “Program Leader(s)” as designated in the Program Description, and The Marvelwood School (“School”). The Student, with the consent of the student’s parents or legal guardians, has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Program described in the attached Program Description.
