This License Agreement will establish the formal framework to establish a bike-share pilot program within the City of Bellflower. The License Agreement enables OFO US Limited, Co. “OFO” to deploy their bicycle fleet and dockless smartphone application solution throughout the City enabling users to find, ride, park, and then lock shareable bicycles. Bellflower will be one of the first City’s in the area to have this type of alternative transportation and technology solution available to residents and visitors.
