SERVICE SPECIFICATIONService Specification • November 5th, 2020
This Service Specification along with the General Terms and Conditions of Service, Tender Documents and any Positive Behavioural Support Plans commissioned collectively constitute the sole Agreement between the Purchasers and the Provider for the performance by the Provider of the said Service. The Purchasers and the Provider shall be bound by the Agreement Documents until such a time as the Agreement expires or is terminated. It is agreed that each document is bound to the other as if each was an integral part of the other and collectively form the structure of the Service for which the Purchasers wish to commission.
