ACADEMIC SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT(Brazil) CONTRATO DE LICENCIAMENTO DE SOFTWARE ACADÊMICO (Brasil) 1 INTRODUCTION. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the licensing of Software and the provision of Maintenance by MSC (or its Reseller, as applicable) to Customer hereunder. From time to time, Software licenses and/or Maintenance may be acquired under this Agreement by Customer’s submittal and MSC’s acceptance of an Order Schedule. Each agreed upon Order Schedule shall be attached hereto and become an integral part of this Agreement. 1 INTRODUÇÃO.
