THIS COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT (hereinafter, “the Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2020, by and between ALTERRA PROPERTY GROUP, LLC (hereinafter, “Developer”) and the CENTER CITY RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION (hereinafter “CCRA”).
