Generation Rate $0.1079 per kilowatt hour Rate Plan Fixed Kilowatt Rate Product Service Location Contract Term & Expiration 12 month fixed rate term starting on the effective date. This Agreement expires on the meter read date of your twelfth billing cycle with Clearview. Contract Renewal Upon expiration of your initial fixed term, your service will automatically continue under Clearview Energy’s renewal product, without an Early Termination Fee, for a term no less than four (4) billing cycles. You will receive one (1) notice between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date. If you do not respond to the renewal notice, at its discretion, Clearview Energy may renew your account under the terms described in the renewal notice.
