Addendum #2 to the Partnership Agreement for the My Rides Program (hereinafter “Partnership Agreement”) is entered into this 18th day of June, 2014 between the Western Placer Consolidated Transportation Service Agency (hereinafter “WPCTSA”) and Seniors First, Inc. (hereinafter “Seniors First”). The terms and conditions of the underlying Partnership Agreement dated November 28, 2012 shall remain unchanged, except as specifically modified in this Addendum.
