This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is among you, Payid19 Inc. This Agreement governs your use of the services provided by Payid19. By using any of the Services or signing up to use an account through www.Payid19.com (the “Website”) or any of our associated websites (including, without limitation, the technology and the platform integrated therein), APIs and/or any and all related applications (collectively, the “Payid19 Site”), you agree that you have read, understood and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as all of the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement. You should read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy carefully and in their entirety. This Agreement is effective as of the earliest date and time at which you use any of the Services or the Payid19 Site.
