The undersigned (“Client”) hereby appoints Gramercy Consulting Group LLC “Investment Advisor” or “IA”), a New York limited liability company, registered as an investment advisor with the State of New York, to act as investment advisor for, and to manage the assets of Client’s account (“Account”), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement ( “Agreement”).
