Magaly Cuevas Flores (hereinafter referred to as “Ms. Flores”), a homeowner, is seeking permission to connect their MH-72 zoned property, located on 6th Place in the Fry Townsite, to the City of Sierra Vista sewer system. The vacant property, which up until recently consisted of assortment of small structures, is being developed by Ms. Flores. The property owner was informed by the County that they would be required to connect to the adjacent City sewer, which runs along the west side of the property.
