ADDITIONAL TERMSAdditional Terms • March 10th, 2022 • England and Wales
These “Additional Terms” shall be incorporated into and form part of the agreement (“Agreement”) under which Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. or one or more of its Affiliates (“ICE”) provides services to client or Subscriber or one or more of its Affiliates (“Subscriber”) where Subscriber is subject to Data Protection Laws. Where Subscriber is established or has a branch or presence through other form of stable arrangement in or is otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of one or more of the jurisdictions addressed in Schedules 7-12, the terms of the relevant Schedule(s) shall be incorporated into and form part of the Agreement. In the event of conflict with any other terms of the Agreement, these Additional Terms shall prevail. ICE and Subscriber agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to the Personal Data that is the subject matter of these Additional Terms.
