THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of the date specified in Schedule A, by and between the College of William and Mary, located in Williamsburg, Virginia ("William and Mary"), and a corporation ("Licensee") whose name and state of incorporation are also indicated in Schedule A. "Parties" shall mean Licensee and William and Mary.
