THIS AGREEMENT is made, on the date of execution by the County, between Froehling & Robertson, Inc. 22923 Quicksilver Drive Suite 111, Dulles, VA 20166 (“Contractor”) a Virginia Corporation authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia. The County and the Contractor, for the consideration hereinafter specified, agree as follows:
