This Commercial Mobile Deposit User Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions for the use of Commercial Mobile Deposit (also known as Business Mobile Deposit) that BOKF, NA (“BOKF” or “Bank”) may provide to you. Other agreements you have entered into with BOKF, including the Commercial Online Terms and Conditions, Deposit Account Agreement and Treasury Services Master Agreement govern- ing your account with the Bank, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between any such agreement or terms and conditions and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
