This Memorandum of Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust, (“OCEDT”), HudHudHike LLC (“HudHudHike”), and OneTwoOneTwo LLC (“OneTwoOneTwo”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which The City and OCEDT may provide up to $60,000 to support infrastructure costs associated with HudHudHike’s water line extension at 1210 N. Hudson Avenue, and up to $60,000 to support infrastructure costs associated with OneTwoOneTwo’s wastewater line extension at 1214 N. Hudson Avenue.
