This University Housing Contract (“Contract”), including the Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), governs the relationship between Oakland University (“University”) and students residing in Hamlin, Hillcrest, Vandenberg, Hill, Van Wagoner, and Oak View Halls (collectively, “Residence Halls”) and University Student Apartments and University Cottages (collectively “Apartments”). **If you are less than 18 years of age or are legally incapacitated, an adult must co-sign a copy of this Contract guaranteeing payment and performance.
