The prospective adoptive parents whose signature(s) appears below (referred to in this agreement as "you") are entering into this agreement with Wide Horizons For Children, Inc. (“Wide Horizons” or "WHFC") in connection with the engagement of WHFC to provide adoption services pursuant to the Adoption Services Agreement entered into by WHFC and the undersigned prospective adoptive parents. This Mutual Responsibilities Agreement is subject to and made a part of the Adoption Services Agreement. Defined terms used in this Mutual Responsibilities Agreement have the meanings given to them in the Adoption Services Agreement.
