My child, , is not yet 18-years-old and will participate in the Yale University (“Yale”) 2019 Invitational Tournament (the “Program”) from September 13, 2019 to September 15, 2019. The Program is being organized and run by the Yale Debate Association, a registered student organization of Yale University. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my child’s participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, agents, and the Yale Debate Association.
