Seller and PMI Industries, Inc. (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained or incorporated herein, all of which are a part of this Purchase Order Agreement (the "Purchase Order"). Any provisions in Seller's proposal, invoices, billing statements, acknowledgment forms or similar documents which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Purchase Order shall be of no force or effect, regardless of whether such provisions would materially alter the terms hereof.
