This Agreement constitutes an amendment to the Merchant Processing Agreement between (“Merchant”) and Sterling Payment Technologies LLC (“Sterling”), effective as of the date both parties execute the same (the “Effective Date”). In this agreement, Sterling and Merchant may be referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
