The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (“Bank”) and (“Member”) enter into this Affordable Housing Program Subsidy Agreement (“Agreement”), effective January 1, 2021, which sets forth the respective duties and obligations of the Bank and Member with regard to the approval and funding of subsidies under the Affordable Housing Program (“AHP”) Down Payment Products (“DPPs”) by the Bank (a “Subsidy” or “Subsidies”).
