This Intergovernmental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the VILLAGE OF GURNEE, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (the "Village''), and WARREN-NEWPORT PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT, (the "Library District"), for the purpose of setting forth the terms by which the Village and the Library District shall solicit and contract for services to repair and maintain parking lots.
