Corporation (“Pasco”), the City of Kennewick, Washington, a Washington Municipal Corporation (“Kennewick”), the Port of Pasco , a Municipal Corporation (“Port of Pasco”), and Port of Kennewick, a Municipal Corporation (“Port of Kennewick”) and collectively referred to as ”Parties”, do hereby enter into the following Agreement. Pursuant to Chapter 39.34 RCW, and in consideration of the mutual benefits and covenants described herein, the Parties agree as set forth below.
