AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is made by and between EFUEL INVESTMENTS SAN JOSE LLC, a California limited liability company (“Grantor”), and the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“Grantee”), and shall become effective upon February 8 , 2023, which is the date Grantor receives just compensation from Grantee (the “Effective Date”).
