In CONSIDERATION of the City of Abbotsford granting me the right to use a garden plot in the Abbotsford Community Garden, located at the south-east corner of Delair Road and Angus Campbell Road, I agree to pay the fees described below and observe all the terms, conditions and guidelines governing my use of the garden plot and my participation in the Community Garden program as outlined in Schedule A.
