Any person or organization accessing or attempting to access the online or electronic trading services of FastOne Global Financial Markets Limited, must first agree to the terms of this agreement. Such services shall include all statement reviews, new account origination, internet trading, electronic order entry and reports, market, trading and general information, including quotes, charts, news, and system information, all clearing, back office functions and services, all software provided by FastOne Global Financial Markets Limited to user (“software”), the FastOne Global Financial Markets Limited website, as well as any other services that may be added from time to time (“collectively referred to herein as “the system”).
