THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into and shall be effective for all purposes on December 10, 2020 by and between Pueblo County Colorado, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as “County”, and the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation and a Home-Rule Municipality, hereinafter referred as “City”; collectively, the “Parties”.
