De los Reyes, 28770 - Colmenar Viejo, Madrid, Spain (“PharmaMar”), and Jazz Pharmaceuticals Ireland Limited, a corporation organized under the laws of Ireland, with its principal place of business at Fifth Floor, Waterloo Exchange, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Jazz”). PharmaMar and Jazz are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
