These Terms and Conditions, as applicable, together with the attached Purchase Order form a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between the Vendor and The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”). Any and all supplementary materials provided by the Region and/or the Vendor and attached hereto as Appendix “A” shall be deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. For clarity, in the event of any inconsistency between the provisions contained below in these Terms and Conditions and the provisions contained in Appendix “A” attached hereto, the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
