This DISAFFILIATION AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO ¶ 2553 (the “Disaffiliation Agreement”) is entered into this 10th day of April, 2023, by and between FRIENDSHIP UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, a North Carolina unincorporated non-profit religious association (formerly known as Friendship Methodist Church) (the “Local Church”) and THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA CONFERENCE, UNITED
