The Town Manager has selected Rosalba Rameriz (hereafter, “Deputy Public Works Director”) to serve as Public Works Deputy Public Works Director of the Town of Yountville (hereafter, the “Town”) effective August 30, 2021 and Rosalba Rameriz accepts such employment subject to approval of this employment agreement (hereafter, this “Agreement”).
