This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is between the Center for Environmental Health (“CEH”) and Blue Marble Brands LLC (“BMB”). CEH and BMB are together referred to herein as “the Parties.” The effective date of this Agreement is the date on which it is fully executed by the Parties (the “Effective Date”).
