This Agreement is made and entered into on the day of , 2022, between the City of Shawnee, Kansas ("Shawnee") and the City of Overland Park, Kansas ("Overland Park"), collectively “the Cities,” for the purpose of making public improvements to the storm drainage system in the area of 10301 and 10225 West 75th Street, including resulting street repairs to West 75th Street, generally as depicted upon Attachment as attached hereto and incorporated herein, (hereinafter referred to as the “Improvements”).
