FiledSeptember 13th, 2021Parties cohabited for seven years and had one child -- Applicant was immunocompromised -- Separation agreement entered into by parties early in pandemic provided in part for joint custody of child and for child to reside primarily with respondent, and provided in part that respondent not work outside home while child was in her care -- As pandemic continued, respondent was required to increase work hours to support herself and resumed working as developmental service worker in home for developmentally challenged individuals, leaving child in care of respondent’s best friend -- Dispute arose between parties when applicant discovered this arrangement -- Parties brought motions for various forms of relief -- On temporary, without prejudice basis, respondent was relieved from compliance with term of separation agreement requiring that she not work outside of residence while child was residing with her -- Applicant was authorized to have child tested for COVID-19 on child’s return from resp
