GENERAL INFORMATION: 1. Peel Hunt LLP (“PH”) is subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority, whose address is 12 Endeavour Square, London, E20 1JN. PH's FCA reference number is 530083. 2. References to "we", "us" and "our" are references to PH. References to "you" and "your" are references to the client 3. This Agreement sets out the basis on which we will provide services to you. This Agreement governs each Transaction entered into or outstanding between us on or after the execution of this Agreement. 4. Where there is any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement or terms of business in respect of the services we provide to you in respect of the Transactions, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
