WHEREAS, the Company has been forcibly closed by the State of Ohio due to COVID‐19 and did not receive sufficient federal relief to continue operations; and WHEREAS, the Sponsor has a good reputation for supporting our community; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Sponsor to contract with Company to place Sponsor’s logo prominently at G.A.C. Fitness , hereinafter called the “Venue”;
