This agreement between the parties is made between MobiData and the Customer and comprises (a) these terms and conditions and all parts thereof unless the contrary is expressly indicated; (b) the Order Summary once accepted by MobiData; (c) any other terms and documents expressly incorporated herein; and (d) the Price Table. This agreement takes effect as follows (a) as to the terms and conditions comprised in part 2 hereof on the Customer’s accessing the Website; (b) otherwise as hereinafter provided.
