In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act, as amended (51 U.S.C. 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA HQ," "HQ," or "NASA") and the <INSERT Allied Organization NAME> located at <INSERT LOCATION>, (hereinafter referred to as "<INSERT Allied Organization NAME> " or "PARTNER"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
