This Memorandum of Agreement (the “MOA”) is made and entered into by the PORT OF SEATTLE, a port district and municipal corporation of the State of Washington (“Port”), and the CITY OF SEATTLE, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (“City”). The Port and the City are also referred to in this MOA collectively as “the Parties”, and individually as a “Party.” As used in this MOA, “Project” means design and permitting for the construction of improvements along 8th Avenue S, Gateway Park North, and at the street end area along the Duwamish River.
