THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 11th day of June, 2012, by and between the COUNTY OF MENDOCINO (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) and Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP (the “Bond Counsel”), regarding the services to be rendered by Bond Counsel to the County in connection with the County’s 2012-13 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (the “Financing”) and regarding certain terms and conditions of the Agreement.
