Deposit: A $500 non refundable despost shall be due and payable to Breeder upon execution of this agreement. The deposit shall be applied to the final purchase price (defined below). If a puppy of the buyers identified prefernces is not available, deposit will be transferred to a future litter. No money will ever be refunded for any reason.
