Agreed Activity in accordance with the Partnership Agreement and the Capital Grant Funding Agreement (“the Capital Grant”). The HLO, in agreement with Local Lead Partners, may decide to allocate an agreed amount of the Capital Grant for the purchase of specialist instruments and equipment to be deployed regionally. This will be subject to needs analysis. Any Capital Grant allocation agreed between the HLO and the Local Lead Partners may be subject to a slight reduction depending on the amount retained by the HLO. The Capital Grant allocations have been set out within the payment schedule at Schedule 3 to this Agreement.
