In signing this document, you are waiving the right to bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any personal injuries, damage to property, accident of any kind, or for your death, arising out of your participation. All participants must sign. Parents of minors must sign for contestants. ETTV reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ETTV. ETTV may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced. Any person/organization not affiliated with ETTV may not use, copy, remove, alter or modify ETTV photographs/videos without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from ETTV.
