This Fifth Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Tyler Technologies, Inc. and Lancaster County on behalf of the Lancaster County Assessor/Register of Deeds Office to provide for additional services as detailed in Attachment “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Collectively Lancaster County and Tyler Technologies, Inc. may be referred to as “the Parties.”
