The Contract consists of an Order Form and these General Conditions. In the event of conflicting interpretations, the Order Form shall take precedence over the General Conditions. If the Terms of Reference and the Contractor's Proposal are annexed to the Order Form, the Terms of Reference shall take precedence over the Contractor's Proposal and the Contract shall take precedence over both. The several instruments shall be an integral part of the Contract and, subject to the above, they shall be taken as mutually explanatory.
