This Consortium Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the latest signature date of both parties (“Effective Date”), by and between the Northeast Regional Computing Program, 100 Western Boulevard, Suite 2, Glastonbury, CT 06033 (“NERCOMP”), and Honorlock, Inc. ("Vendor") outlining the terms and conditions under which Vendor will provide specified goods or services to the members of NERCOMP’S consortium (“Consortium Members”).
