The End User License Agreement (“EULA”) t governs the use of the Software and are entered into between Graylog, Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 1301 Fannin St., Suite 2000, Houston, TX 77002 (“Graylog”), and you, the customer (”Customer”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Software, Hosted Service or Support Services (or by a third party doing so on your behalf) you agree to this EULA. Where a third party is entering into this EULA on your behalf, you represent that you have granted the third party the requisite authority to do so. This agreement governs your use of Software notwithstanding how it was acquired including through an Authorized Reseller. The Hosted Service Terms govern your use of the Hosted Service, and the Support Terms govern your use of the Support Service.
