In lieu of submission of an erosion and sediment control plan for the construction on this single-family residential lot, I agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this Agreement and as determined necessary by employees of Henrico County, representing the Administrator. Such requirements shall represent the minimum practices necessary to ensure compliance with Sec. 10-34 of the Code of the County of Henrico for construction on a single-family residential lot.
