This contract is between , permanently residing at to rent seasonal campsite number for the seasonal rental period of April 14th to October 15th, 2017 and here-in-after referred to as the “Seasonal”, and Laurel Highlands Rentals, Inc. at Yough Lake Campground; 4 Sherman Street, Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania 15470, here-in-after referred to as the “Management” and shall contain the basic understanding of the responsibilities of the two parties. For the purpose of this contract, the term recreation vehicles (RVs) includes, but is not limited to, all truck- mounted campers, camp trailers, fifth-wheel camp trailers, pop-up tent trailers, motor homes, and motor coaches.
