This grant agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective on July 6, 2022, (the “Effective Date”) between the Trustees of Dartmouth College, a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation (the “College”), and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the “Donor”). This Agreement is for the benefit of the Polarization Research Lab (the “Lab”), which is housed at the College. The College and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
